Vegan Tofu Pancakes
Ingredients
- 250 g firm tofu
- 3 medium ripe bananas (270 g)
- 150 g of plant milk
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 110-130 g of flour
Optional
- 150-200 g of blueberries
Preparation
Blend the tofu, bananas, milk, and lemon juice.
Add flour and mix.
Add the blueberries.
Fry for a few minutes over low heat.
