Vegan Tofu Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 250 g firm tofu
  • 3 medium ripe bananas (270 g)
  • 150 g of plant milk
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 110-130 g of flour

Optional

  • 150-200 g of blueberries

Preparation

  1. Blend the tofu, bananas, milk, and lemon juice.

  2. Add flour and mix.

  3. Add the blueberries.

  4. Fry for a few minutes over low heat.
