Quick Vegan Pancakes with Berries

Ingredients

  • 55g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100ml plant milk
  • 1/2 tbsp oil

Optional

  • salt
  • cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Stir the flour, baking powder, and optional salt and cinnamon to combine.

  2. Add the plant milk and oil, then stir until a thick batter forms.

  3. Fry the batter on each side until golden.

  4. Serve with maple syrup and berries.
