Vegan Fluffy Lavender Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1.5-2 tbsp lavender syrup
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh lavender

Topping

  • dairy-free butter (as needed)
  • small amount of lavender syrup

Preparation

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes

  2. In a buttered skillet over medium heat, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of pancake batter and cook on each side for 2 minutes or until golden with crispy edges

  3. Top with vegan butter and a small amount of lavender syrup
