Vegan Fluffy Lavender Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1.5-2 tbsp lavender syrup
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp fresh lavender
Topping
- dairy-free butter (as needed)
- small amount of lavender syrup
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes
In a buttered skillet over medium heat, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of pancake batter and cook on each side for 2 minutes or until golden with crispy edges
Top with vegan butter and a small amount of lavender syrup
