Vegan Pancakes with Banana, Berries, Chocolate, and Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 90g flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons melted margarine
  • 250-300ml oat milk (or soy milk)

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

  2. Add the melted margarine and oat milk (or soy milk) to the dry ingredients. Mix until there are no clumps and the batter is smooth.

  3. Heat up a frying pan and add some oil to prevent sticking.

  4. Pour a portion of the pancake batter onto the pan and spread it out thinly.

  5. Fry the pancake until it is cooked through and golden brown on both sides.

  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the remaining batter, making multiple pancakes.

  7. Serve the pancakes with your favorite toppings such as sliced bananas, berries, chocolate, and whipped cream.
