Vegan Chocolate Stuffed Pancakes
Ingredients
- a few tbsp of chocolate spread
- 100 g flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 150 ml plant milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
On a board lined with a baking sheet, form small disks of chocolate spread, using about 1 tablespoon each, and make 4 to 5 of them, then freeze for 20 minutes or until hard enough to handle.
Mix all the remaining ingredients together to create the pancake batter, then cook the pancakes by incorporating the frozen chocolate disks inside during the cooking process.
Tips
You can substitute chocolate spread with other nut butters for variations.
