Easy Vegan Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 dl oatmilk
  • 2 dl flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vegan butter (for frying)

Topping

  • 1 banana
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Agave syrup
  • Walnuts

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until you have a smooth batter.

  3. Fry the batter in vegan butter to make pancakes.

Topping

  1. Fry a banana in vegan butter on both sides.

  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder, agave syrup, and walnuts on top.
