Easy Vegan Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 dl oatmilk
- 2 dl flour
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Vegan butter (for frying)
Topping
- 1 banana
- Cinnamon powder
- Agave syrup
- Walnuts
Preparation
Mash the banana in a bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir until you have a smooth batter.
Fry the batter in vegan butter to make pancakes.
Topping
Fry a banana in vegan butter on both sides.
Sprinkle with cinnamon powder, agave syrup, and walnuts on top.
