Apple Banana Pancakes with Chocolate and Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana (mashed)
  • 1 egg or 1 flax egg
  • 1 tablespoon apple puree
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • pinch of baking powder
  • pinch of cinnamon

Toppings

  • apple slices
  • walnuts
  • chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana with a fork, beat the egg, and mix all ingredients except the garnishes to prepare the pancake batter.

  2. Heat a non-stick pan and pour the batter using a spoon to form small pancakes. You can add a small amount of coconut oil if desired.

  3. Cook each side for 1 minute until golden-brown.

  4. Stack the pancakes and add the apple slices, chocolate, and walnuts.
