Apple Banana Pancakes with Chocolate and Walnuts
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana (mashed)
- 1 egg or 1 flax egg
- 1 tablespoon apple puree
- 3 tablespoons flour
- pinch of baking powder
- pinch of cinnamon
Toppings
- apple slices
- walnuts
- chocolate
Preparation
Mash the banana with a fork, beat the egg, and mix all ingredients except the garnishes to prepare the pancake batter.
Heat a non-stick pan and pour the batter using a spoon to form small pancakes. You can add a small amount of coconut oil if desired.
Cook each side for 1 minute until golden-brown.
Stack the pancakes and add the apple slices, chocolate, and walnuts.
