Fluffy Vegan Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 3 dl flour
  • 2 dl oatmilk
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl.

  2. Add the flour, oatmilk, melted coconut oil, vanilla powder, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Stir until you have a smooth batter.

  4. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

  5. Pour portions of batter onto the skillet to form pancakes.

  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, then flip and cook until golden brown.

Notes

  1. This is a perfect breakfast to make if you have time in the morning.
