Vegan Double Chocolate Peanut Butter and Jelly Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 3/4 almond milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp chocolate chips
  • coconut oil for cooking

Preparation

  1. Start by mixing all the dry ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Add the almond milk, apple cider vinegar and melded peanut butter and gently mix until just combined

  3. Fold in the chocolate chips

  4. Heat a non stick pan over medium hight heat

  5. Melt a little coconut oil and ladle a small amount of batter into the pan

  6. Cook the pancakes until bubbles form on top

  7. Flip and continue cooking until golden brown

  8. Serve with melted peanutbutter, jelly and berries

  9. Enjoy!!
