Vegan Double Chocolate Peanut Butter and Jelly Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 3/4 almond milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp peanut butter, melted
- 3 tbsp chocolate chips
- coconut oil for cooking
Preparation
Start by mixing all the dry ingredients together in a bowl
Add the almond milk, apple cider vinegar and melded peanut butter and gently mix until just combined
Fold in the chocolate chips
Heat a non stick pan over medium hight heat
Melt a little coconut oil and ladle a small amount of batter into the pan
Cook the pancakes until bubbles form on top
Flip and continue cooking until golden brown
Serve with melted peanutbutter, jelly and berries
