Vegan Chocolate Pancakes with Banana
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 very ripe banana
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1-2 cups almond milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- vegan butter or similar for greasing
Preparation
If you do not use a non-stick pan, use spray oil or vegan butter to avoid the pancakes sticking.
Mix all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, together in a bowl.
Mix well until you have a good dough mixture.
Add the chocolate chips into the mixture and stir again.
Place large spoonfuls onto the pan.
Cook for a few minutes on each side until slightly brown.
