Vegan Chocolate Pancakes with Banana

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1-2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • vegan butter or similar for greasing

Preparation

  1. If you do not use a non-stick pan, use spray oil or vegan butter to avoid the pancakes sticking.

  2. Mix all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, together in a bowl.

  3. Mix well until you have a good dough mixture.

  4. Add the chocolate chips into the mixture and stir again.

  5. Place large spoonfuls onto the pan.

  6. Cook for a few minutes on each side until slightly brown.

  7. Enjoy!
