Simple Healthy Chocolate Donuts

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1g sweetener
  • 25g self-raising flour
  • 10g cacao powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • low calorie cooking spray

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180

  2. Separate an egg keeping hold of the egg white and yolk

  3. Whisk one egg white until it forms soft peaks

  4. Mix the egg yolk separated from the egg white in a bowl w the baking powder the additional egg sweetener and cacao

  5. After it’s mix together gently fold in the whisked egg white

  6. Slowly sieve the flour into the mixture

  7. Spray low calorie cooking spray into the moulds

  8. Spoon in the mixture into the six moulds so they are even

  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes
