Cookies and Cream Chocolate Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill 1:1 GF flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 eggs

Topping

  • vanilla icing
  • gluten-free cookies

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray a donut pan.

  2. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy.

  3. Spoon batter into the donut pan (makes 6) and bake for 10 minutes.

  4. Top with vanilla icing and gluten-free cookies.
