Cookies and Cream Chocolate Donuts
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill 1:1 GF flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 eggs
Topping
- vanilla icing
- gluten-free cookies
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F and spray a donut pan.
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy.
Spoon batter into the donut pan (makes 6) and bake for 10 minutes.
Top with vanilla icing and gluten-free cookies.
