Chocolate Swirl Loaf Cake with Vanilla Frosting
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour {i used @bobsredmill gluten free 1:1 baking flour}
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tbsp. cacao powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs, then stir in the dry ingredients besides the cacao powder.
Pour half of the batter into another bowl and add the cacao powder.
Layer the batters in the loaf pan using a spoon or cookie scoop and bake for 28-30 minutes. Top with vanilla frosting once cooled.
