5-Ingredient Gluten-Free Paleo Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 large bananas or 2 small bananas
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Whisk the eggs then add in the bananas.

  2. Mash the bananas.

  3. Then add in the flour, applesauce, and baking powder.

  4. Make sure you grease your waffle iron first.

  5. Cook for 5 minutes in a mini waffle maker.
