5-Ingredient Paleo Gluten-Free Waffles
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 large bananas or 2 small bananas
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp applesauce
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Whisk the eggs then add in the bananas.
Mash the bananas.
Add in the flour, applesauce, and baking powder.
Cook in a mini waffle maker for 5 minutes.
