5-Ingredient Paleo Gluten-Free Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 large bananas or 2 small bananas
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Whisk the eggs then add in the bananas.

  2. Mash the bananas.

  3. Add in the flour, applesauce, and baking powder.

  4. Cook in a mini waffle maker for 5 minutes.
