Vegan Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 50g dark chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 medjool dates (optional for extra sweetness)

Preparation

  1. Blend together all the ingredients mentioned above in a high speed blender or food processor but only add the chocolate chips at the end when rolling the dough into little balls

  2. If the mixture after blending is too wet, add a bit more cacao powder or if too dry add some water

  3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes

  4. Next, carefully form the dough into balls
