Raw No-Bake Nutella Brownies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts
  • 1 cup rolled oats*
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 2 1/2 cups pitted medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips, for topping
  • 1/4 cup chopped toasted hazelnuts, for topping

Preparation

  1. Add cashews, hazelnuts, oats and cacao powder to the food processor and process until they form a fine flour

  2. Add dates and process again until dough forms

  3. Press into wax paper lined 8” square baking pan and press raw cacao nibs, mini chips and chopped hazelnuts into top if desired

  4. Place in fridge to chill

  5. Slice when cold and enjoy

  6. Store in fridge or freezer

  7. Use gluten free rolled oats if needed
