No-Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 12 pitted medjool dates
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until totally mixed, about 5 minutes.
Use 1 tablespoon of the dough for each energy bite, and use clean hands to squeeze the dough together and carefully form a ball.
Freeze the energy bites so that they can firm up, then store in the refrigerator or freezer.
