No-Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 12 pitted medjool dates

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until totally mixed, about 5 minutes.

  2. Use 1 tablespoon of the dough for each energy bite, and use clean hands to squeeze the dough together and carefully form a ball.

  3. Freeze the energy bites so that they can firm up, then store in the refrigerator or freezer.
