Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 6 medjool dates
- 1/4 cup creamy almond butter
- 1/2 cup @drinkorgain chocolate peanut butter protein powder
- 3-4 tbsp water
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
In a food processor, blend oats until it resembles a fine flour
Add dates, almond butter, and protein powder
Blend until thoroughly combined
The mixture will seem dry, so at this point add a tablespoon of water at a time until a soft dough forms and it starts to come together
Add chocolate chips and blitz until combined
Press dough into a parchment-lined loaf pan
Optionally, press extra chocolate chips on top
Freeze for 10 minutes until firm
Cut into bars and enjoy
Store in an airtight container in the freezer
