Chickpea Cookie Dough Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- 3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Place all ingredients besides the chocolate chips in a food processor and process until a dough ball forms.
Put the dough into a bowl and stir in the chocolate chips.
Use a cookie scoop to make little bites.
Enjoy right away or store in the fridge or freezer.
