Vegan Chickpea Blondies Dessert Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can of chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • Chocolate chips to taste

Preparation

  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.

  2. Blend the chickpeas with nut butter, apple sauce, coconut flour, and other ingredients except chocolate chips.

  3. Stir in the chocolate chips.

  4. Transfer the batter to a lined bread loaf pan.

  5. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.

  6. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
