Chickpea Blondies with Nut Butter and Chocolate Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • Chocolate chips to taste

Preparation

  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas then blend with remaining ingredients except chocolate chips.

  2. Stir in chocolate then transfer batter into a lined bread loaf pan and bake at 350 F for 40 minutes.

  3. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
