Chickpea Blondies with Nut Butter and Chocolate Chips
Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- Chocolate chips to taste
Preparation
Drain and rinse chickpeas then blend with remaining ingredients except chocolate chips.
Stir in chocolate then transfer batter into a lined bread loaf pan and bake at 350 F for 40 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before slicing.
