Easy Vegan Peanut Butter Blondies
Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas (400 g)
- 65 g of peanut butter
- 4-5 soaked dates
- 1 tbs plant milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- small pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 30 g chocolate chips
Preparation
Combine everything in a blender and mix until smooth.
Mix in the chocolate chips and place the mixture in a pan.
Bake the blondies for 20-30 min at 180 °C.
Let the blondies cool before you remove them from the pan.
For a low fat version, use PB2 instead of peanut butter and replace the chocolate chips with cacao nibs.
