Chickpea Cookie Dough Bars
Ingredients
- 15.5 oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 3/4 cup walnut flour or almond flour
- 1/4 cup nut or seed butter
- 1/4 cup honey or pure maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F and spray or line an 8x8 baking dish.
Put all ingredients except chocolate chips into a food processor and blend until well combined.
Pour the batter into a bowl and stir in the chocolate chips.
Smooth out the batter in the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
