Matcha Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/2C almond meal
- 1tsp baking powder
- 2tsp matcha powder @unicornsuperfoods
- 1 egg (or 1 flaxseed egg vegan option)
- 2tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- 1/4C almond milk
- dark choc chips
Preparation
Combine almond meal, baking powder and matcha in a bowl. Then mix in egg, almond milk and sweetener. Once a dough has formed fold through dark choc chips.
Divide mixture evenly and place on a lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
