Matcha Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2C almond meal
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 2tsp matcha powder @unicornsuperfoods
  • 1 egg (or 1 flaxseed egg vegan option)
  • 2tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/4C almond milk
  • dark choc chips

Preparation

  1. Combine almond meal, baking powder and matcha in a bowl. Then mix in egg, almond milk and sweetener. Once a dough has formed fold through dark choc chips.

  2. Divide mixture evenly and place on a lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
