Banana Oat Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- handful vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
Mash banana in a large bowl
Add almond milk, nut butter, flax meal
Let sit for 2-3 minutes
Add maple, oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon
Fold in chocolate chips
Spoon onto a lined or oiled baking sheet and bake at 350 for 11-13 minutes
Enjoy for breakfast, a snack, pre or post workout
