Tigernut Flour Chocolate Chip Blondies

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp flax meal
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup @organicgemini tigernut flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Handful of vegan chocolate chips
  • Pinch of sea salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all wet ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.

  2. Stir in dry ingredients and mix until creamy batter forms.

  3. Pour into an 8x8 pan or a bread loaf pan.

  4. Bake at 350 for 13-17 minutes.
