Banana Chocolate Chip Tahini Bars
Ingredients
- 3 very ripe medium size bananas
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup runny tahini
- 1.5 cups oat flour
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
In a food processor, blend the ingredients until a creamy consistency
Fold in the vegan chocolate chips
Bake in an 8x8 parchment lined pan at 375 for 25 minutes
Cool completely
