Banana Chocolate Chip Tahini Bars

Ingredients

  • 3 very ripe medium size bananas
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup runny tahini
  • 1.5 cups oat flour
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, blend the ingredients until a creamy consistency

  2. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips

  3. Bake in an 8x8 parchment lined pan at 375 for 25 minutes

  4. Cool completely
