Banana Chocolate Chip Tahini Bars
Ingredients
- 3 very ripe medium size bananas
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup runny tahini
- 1.5 cups oat flour
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
Ensure the tahini is creamy and runny before starting.
In a food processor, blend all ingredients except chocolate chips until a creamy consistency is achieved.
Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into an 8x8 inch pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
Allow the bars to cool completely before serving.
