Banana Chocolate Chip Tahini Bars

Ingredients

  • 3 very ripe medium size bananas
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup runny tahini
  • 1.5 cups oat flour
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Ensure the tahini is creamy and runny before starting.

  2. In a food processor, blend all ingredients except chocolate chips until a creamy consistency is achieved.

  3. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.

  4. Pour the mixture into an 8x8 inch pan lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.

  6. Allow the bars to cool completely before serving.
