Delicious Gluten-Free Banana Walnut Blondies

Ingredients

  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup nut butter of choice
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup walnut flour
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Preparation

  1. If bananas are not super ripe, bake them at 350°F for about 20 minutes or until black.

  2. Bake the mixture at 350°F for 35 minutes.
