Delicious Gluten-Free Banana Walnut Blondies
Ingredients
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup nut butter of choice
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup walnut flour
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
If bananas are not super ripe, bake them at 350°F for about 20 minutes or until black.
Bake the mixture at 350°F for 35 minutes.
Tips
The recipe is gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined-sugar-free.
It can be made vegan by substituting a flax-egg or omitting the egg.
