Gluten-Free Vegan Aquafaba Brownies
Ingredients
- 200 g Aquafaba
- 70 g cooked chickpeas
- 1 medium banana mashed
- 50 g coconut oil
- 40 g cacao powder
- 70 g coconut sugar
- 100 g oat flour
- 70 g chocolate chips
- 15 g milled linseeds (1 heaped tbsp)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Splash of apple cider vinegar
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Blend banana and chickpeas with coconut oil, apple cider vinegar till completely smooth.
Add cacao powder and coconut sugar and continue blending until it dissolves.
Stir in oat flour, chocolate chips, milled linseeds and baking powder.
Beat aquafaba until it becomes fluffy and start adding it to the batter spoon by spoon so it not looses all the air.
After you added all the aquafaba pour it to the baking mold and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Serve with blackberry coulis if you wish.
