Chocolate Walnut Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 6 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg or chia egg
- 1 big ripe banana
- a handful of walnuts
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 cup oat milk
Preparation
Mix all dry ingredients then add the rest except walnuts and stir.
Transfer to a small baking tin and top with walnut chunks.
Bake at 190C for 20 minutes for a fudgy consistency or 30-35 minutes for a more bread-like consistency.
