Chocolate Walnut Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 6 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg or chia egg
  • 1 big ripe banana
  • a handful of walnuts
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 cup oat milk

Preparation

  1. Mix all dry ingredients then add the rest except walnuts and stir.

  2. Transfer to a small baking tin and top with walnut chunks.

  3. Bake at 190C for 20 minutes for a fudgy consistency or 30-35 minutes for a more bread-like consistency.
