Chocolate Walnut Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 6 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg / chia egg
  • 1 big ripe banana
  • a handful of walnuts
  • 2 tbsp maple / honey
  • 1/2 cup oatmilk

Preparation

  1. Mix all dry ingredients then add the rest except walnuts and stir

  2. Transfer to a small baking tin & top with walnut chuncks then bake on 190C for 20 minutes (if u want it fudgy) or 30-35 minutes (for a more bread-ish consistency)
