Vegan Peanut Butter Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed+ 4 tbsp water (mix & let sit for at least 5 mins)
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mix dry ingredients & then add the wet

  2. Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes

  3. Cut them small so they are bite size
