4 Ingredient Oatmeal Cookies for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup quick oats (haven’t tested any other oats)
- 1 cup peanut butter - use any nut butter or sun butter if you’re nut free
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 egg
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F
In a bowl, whisk 1 egg
Then add in the oatmeal, peanut butter, and maple syrup.
Mix well with a spatula.
Fold in any add ins you'd want- nuts, chocolate chips, dried fruit.
Take a cookie scoop and add to a greased baking sheet.
Take a fork then flatten the cookie.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, let cool, then eat!
I added more peanut butter on top because you can never have enough! Pair with Greek yogurt for a little protein and maybe some berries or a banana
