Easy Strawberry Peach Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mashed strawberries
- 3 tbsp. diced peaches
- 1 egg
- 1-2 tbsp. honey or pure maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 6 tbsp. almond flour
Preparation
If using frozen strawberries, warm and mash them before starting.
In a microwaveable mug, whisk together the egg and mashed strawberries.
Stir in the diced peaches, honey or maple syrup, baking powder, and almond flour.
Microwave for 2 minutes.
