Healthy Vegan Chickpea Blondies with Chocolate Chips
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can of chickpeas
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- Chocolate chips to taste
Preparation
Drain and rinse chickpeas
Blend with remaining ingredients except chocolate chips
Stir in chocolate
Transfer batter into a lined bread loaf pan
Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes
Allow to cool completely before slicing
