Healthy Vegan Chickpea Blondies with Chocolate Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can of chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • Chocolate chips to taste

Preparation

  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas

  2. Blend with remaining ingredients except chocolate chips

  3. Stir in chocolate

  4. Transfer batter into a lined bread loaf pan

  5. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes

  6. Allow to cool completely before slicing
