Healthy Chickpea Brownies with Fudgy Texture

Ingredients

Brownies

  • 1 can (420g) Chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Natvia Living Sweetener
  • 3/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder (Macro Mike)
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/3 cup Chocolate Chips

Frosting

  • 1/3 cup Coconut Yoghurt
  • 30g Dark Chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon Tahini
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Blend brownie ingredients until smooth. Stir through chocolate chips.

  3. Put mixture into a lined tray and bake for 20 minutes. Leave to cool before frosting.

  4. Stir frosting ingredients together until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies and top with extra chocolate chips.

  5. Slice into squares and store in the fridge for up to 5 days or the freezer for longer.
