Yummy Protein Snacks with Three Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 50 grams of cashew butter (any nut butter would work)
  • 30 grams of happywayau protein powder
  • 15 grams of coconut flour
  • Handful of chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of liquid sweetener (optional, e.g., maple syrup)

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients and optionally add 1 tablespoon of liquid sweetener like maple syrup.

  2. Refrigerate for half an hour to firm up the dough.

  3. After the time is up, roll it into balls; if it is still too sticky, add a little bit of coconut flour.

  4. Optionally, leave them overnight in the fridge for best flavor and texture, or enjoy straight away.
