Healthy Chocolate Cashew Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 spotted bananas
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbs cashew butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • Chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c.

  2. Mash the bananas, add the cashew butter and cinnamon and mix.

  3. Stir in the oats and choc chips.

  4. Roll into cookie shapes on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 18-22 mins.
