- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (e.g., Enjoy Life minis)
Preparation
Place all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor and blend until a dough ball forms.
Stir in the chocolate chips and use a mini cookie scoop to make cookie dough bites.
