No-Bake Cookie Dough Brownie Bites

Ingredients

Brownie

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp. cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup hazelnut spread or nut butter
  • 3 tbsp. almond milk

Cookie dough

  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Stir together the ingredients in two separate bowls.

  2. Scoop 3 tablespoons of brownie batter at a time, flatten it, add about 1-2 tablespoons of cookie dough to the middle, and roll it up to form bites.

  3. Coat with melted chocolate, top with chocolate chips, and let sit in the fridge for at least an hour or until the chocolate has hardened.

  1. Best stored in the fridge.
