Chocolate Coconut Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp. coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp. cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp. desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp. nut/seed butter
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients together, roll into 6 large bites or 12 small bites, coat in extra coconut, and store in the fridge for up to a week.

  1. These energy bites are easy to make and taste best when stored in the fridge.
