Chocolate Coconut Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- dash of salt
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp. cacao powder
- 3 tbsp. desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp. nut/seed butter
- 1/4 cup almond milk
Preparation
Stir all ingredients together, roll into 6 large bites or 12 small bites, coat in extra coconut, and store in the fridge for up to a week.

These energy bites are easy to make and taste best when stored in the fridge.
