Vegan Cookie Dough Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 350 grams cooked chickpeas
  • 4 tablespoons oat flour
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50 grams vegan dark chocolate
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except the chocolate in a food processor until you have a firm mixture.

  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the finely chopped chocolate.

  3. Mix everything with your hands.

  4. Roll the mixture into balls using your hands.

  1. These bliss balls are ready in 10 minutes and can be enjoyed as a dessert or snack.
