No-Strain Two-Ingredient Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 3 cups filtered water
  • 1.5 tablespoons almond butter

Optional additions

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (if using unsalted almond butter)
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder or cacao powder

Preparation

  1. Add the filtered water and almond butter to a blender.

  2. Blend for 30 seconds.

  3. Blend in 1 cup of ice until chilled.

  4. Serve immediately without straining.
