Simple Vegan Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegan chocolate buttons or chopped vegan chocolate
- 1 cup soy milk
- a pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
Heat the soy milk in a saucepan over medium heat
Add the chocolate and stir until fully melted
Stir in the salt and vanilla extract until well combined
Pour into a mug and serve immediately
Notes
If chocolate buttons are unavailable, substitute with regular vegan chocolate broken into small pieces
