Banana Nice Cream with Cookie Chunks

Ingredients

  • 4 spotty ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 6-8 cookies or more

Preparation

  1. Freeze the bananas by peeling them, cutting into quarters, and freezing for at least 3 hours.

  2. Blend the frozen bananas with milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until soft serve consistency.

  3. Crush the cookies into big chunks and fold them into the banana mixture.

  4. Serve in a bowl or glass as desired.
