Banana Nice Cream with Cookie Chunks
Ingredients
- 4 spotty ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup almond or coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 6-8 cookies or more
Preparation
Freeze the bananas by peeling them, cutting into quarters, and freezing for at least 3 hours.
Blend the frozen bananas with milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until soft serve consistency.
Crush the cookies into big chunks and fold them into the banana mixture.
Serve in a bowl or glass as desired.
