Delicious Cauliflower Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
- 170 g flour
- 220 g cauliflower
- 50 ml coconut oil
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 180 ml almond milk
- 200 g brown erythritol (or xylitol or coconut sugar)
- 80 g dark chocolate
Preparation
Cook and puree the cauliflower.
In a bowl, mix all the liquid ingredients (cauliflower, vanilla extract, coconut oil, almond milk, melted chocolate).
In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder & erythritol).
Now work the dry ingredients into the liquid mixture until a homogeneous dough is formed.
Fill into a baking pan and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
