Simple Vegan Hazelnut Chocolate Spread
Ingredients
- 150 g soaked dates
- a splash of soaked date water
- 150 g hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
- vanilla extract (optional)
- a pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation
Soak the dates until soft.
Blend the soaked dates, a splash of date water, hazelnuts, and cacao powder until smooth.
Tips
Roast hazelnuts for about 15 minutes before blending for enhanced flavor.
Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to taste for additional depth.
