Nut Butter Chocolate Pots

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp oat flour (gluten-free oats)
  • 6 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch salt
  • 130-140ml milk of choice (almond recommended)
  • 2 tsp nut butter (1 tsp per ramekin)

Preparation

  1. Blend your oats into a flour, using about 1 cup or 100g to have extra for later.

  2. In a mixing bowl, add 6 tablespoons of oat flour, cacao powder, maple syrup, baking powder, salt, and milk; mix well. Add more milk if the mixture is too thick.

  3. Add a teaspoon of nut butter to each ramekin and pour in the chocolate mixture.

  4. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 10-12 minutes, adjusting time based on your oven.

Tips

  1. You can use other flours such as almond, buckwheat, or plain gluten-free flour, though not tested.

  2. Alternatively, microwave for 40-60 seconds, but test for doneness.
