Vegan 4-Ingredient Almond Cookies

Ingredients

  • 100g ground almonds
  • 4 tbsp almond butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt (optional)
  • Dark chocolate, melted (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C/160C fan/350F.

  2. Mix the ground almonds with a pinch of salt in a bowl, then fold in the almond butter and maple syrup.

  3. Divide the mixture into 12 balls, then press down on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then leave to cool completely.

  5. Dip in melted chocolate, then leave to set.
